-All bookings are first come, first serve
-A $1,000 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your date
-If serving alcohol, $300 for security
-15% discount for  Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings booked 90 days or less from event date.
-Holidays and the two days surrounding holidays are a premium price. Contact us for a quote. 
-5% first responder and military discount 
-Discounts do not stack
